Shipping policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently ship within the Republic of South Africa only.

All deliveries are fulfilled using:

Aramex Store-to-Door Service


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is:

8–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note:

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.


4. Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery window, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

BeardLab is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

However, we will assist in resolving courier issues where possible.

This clause does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.


5. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate.

  • If incorrect details are provided, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to the depot.


6. Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer refusal (without valid legal reason)

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Re-delivery costs; or

  • A reasonable deduction from any refund to cover shipping costs.


7. Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by Aramex:

  • We will either replace the product or issue a refund.

  • Investigations may take up to 7–10 business days.


8. Damaged on Arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement where applicable.
